There is a gap phase during the process that i cant find on your videos. Does this study and presentation stage (planning+3d) mean that your client has previously paid for it? or is first as a proposal- what about the sample material costs... how do you detail the costs to the client according to the process of the project..? thank you :)
@@utopia8761 yes, the client pays for the design and planning stage at the start of the project as that is considered fees you need to carry out your work. Samples can be purchased by suppliers or sometimes they give it for free - I have made a video on how to gather a sample inventory as well

Is the contractor that usually goes to get building permits?
Yes, I prefer to work with certified contractors who can take care of permit process rather than taking ownership of that task myself
