@@jc_6057 Aaliyah has a slightly lower voice than Acacia, so the first part had to be in a low pitch and it did start a bit amateur, but they fixed that as soon as Acacia started rapping, because if you listen Aaliyah was singing alongside her in a low tone complementing Acacia. After that they were in sync.

Well, a lot of times it's obvious, when he stops someone. Bad song choice, they starting out out of key, etc. Like most recently on AGT, he stopped a 12 year old girl singer, cuz the musical track for the song she chose was terrible!! Simon said so, and had her sing song a capella. Then she got 4 yes's.

What I love about this is that both girls were respectful, determined, worked as a team and pulled off something that most adults would find next to impossible. It's all so easy to critique from your couch, but to try and learn a song and a rap WITH a partner in just an hour and then perform it with confidence in front of hundreds of people and judges ... that's incredible. For what it was, it was very, very good. Give them a week to practice and if it were at the same level, they need more time and coaches. But as determined and willing to learn and put the wotk in as these two are, I bet they could be awesome!

I think with vocal training they will definitely get better. People are commenting about the girl in red being off but what she did was sing in her natural voice and not go falsetto. That is hard to do when you want to hit the higher range. Simon said that the members of 1D were not great as soloist when he heard them. When he put them together they became massive. I'm rooting for these girls.

I like the transformation of Simon Cowell. He has been in this game for the longest time and he has been known for his ruthless dismissals. But the 2018 Simon is a man with a heart, a man with a fatherly heart, a teacher, a better mentor with an eye that can spot talent from miles away, a good Simon who deserves an Oscar/Grammy/Nobel or something priceless given to great men. Omar Barba yes and no. Yes as in a higher voice by I think it can work even without another voice- with some work. The singer actually has a strong voice. She’s just young and needs to learn how to utilize it. That’s what I see.
I don't think she does have a strong voice enough for the competition. She could've hit that high note in this song, because this song the main part is those high notes with Jessie J and Ariana singing it. I think adding a girl who has a higher and good voice, could work. Kind of like TLC. 2 singers and a rapper. I think that would work out better. Will help out with the harmony too.

Well Fifth Harmony harmonized at first, then I feel like the producers started giving more parts to Camila, and it was more of outshining one another. Love them girls, but there isn't a girl group in this generation, that has broken into the US market and internationally like 5H did. I love little mix, and those ladies can harmonize, but if they were to break into America, they would have no competition. Although LM is very popular in the UK and has done well, as well as other countries, but they lost their chance when they decided to quit the concerts in America, to focus on their album.
But anyways, I don't think there is a girl group that has like the urban/R and B sound like TLC did. I think they could if they got another girl and with the right guidance, could make it big.

How, all he did was put 2 entertainers together. The 1 was a rapper, and the other a pitchy singer. This is music today,studio creation, no real content. He didn’t coach them ,create the song, he just paired them up no he’s a genius. Nooooo he’s not. All he did was put a rapper with a singer and let them do what they naturally do . The performance wasn’t a hit song and it wasn’t that good!!!! I would turn my car radio up to listen to it!!!!!!!

They sucked man! The rapper shouldn't have even been there, and the singer wasn't doing the right songs but has way more of a chance of success than the other. He did not make a good choice here. The rapper is going yo hold back the singer. With some vocal lessons she could and will be amazing.
