There is actually a trick to fray your strings at the end of your keychain. You can just take a comb not a brush and like start combing the strings out but you have to make sure that you are using the fine side of the comb like the part that has small gaps between them. I was planning to make this cute keychain, but the single problem is that I dont find any 1.75 inches long jumpring on amazon or on any other websites. Alex, do you remember what's the brand of the keyring or just an idea how I should serach it up? I've been searching up for hours and still havent found anything 😂
@@AlexInnovations Yes I followed the tutorial a couple of times and now I get it but the beginning is different than you normally do so I got stuck with it but now I understand it and there is no more pattern needed🙂

I have a difficult time follow the beginning of the bracelet, the first few knots that actually begin the chevron. I can't keep track of which strings are being knotted on and which are actually making the knots, nor the order of strings. Again, sorry for my rudeness. I
5:30 to 7:42. I think I can figure out the rest on my own if I got started. You seem to verbally skip over some knots, and it's hard to keep track of which string is which with the camera angle. To clarify, I've made a chevron bracelet before, so I'm familiar with the types of knots. But the basic type, and not like this beautiful one. It's just the order that confuses. Saying "the same string" when you grab an entirely different string, ect. Thank you for your dedication btw

I hate to say it but this tutorial is messy & very hard to see. Not only that but she gets her lefts and rights mixed up constantly & the amount of knots she does vs what she tells u to do.

im a proper beginner and you went way to fast for my liking you need to go slower and you need to redo your video as i dont see what your hands are doing and you alo need to redo your title as beginner isnt the name i would use

I thought I knew how the rest of the keychain was going to be and I made my own pattern
i chose a horrible color set up and now mine looks trash lol
You could even just tie the string on then do a normal Chevron

To avoid this, you need to pull tighter
