    Ingredients:
    Freshly grated coconut 1cup
    Sugar 3/4th cups
    Water 1/4th cup
    Cardamom 3-4
    Ghee 1 tb spoon
    Method:
    Take a pan add sugar,water and cook until sugar dissolves.now add grated coconut and keep mixing until the mixture forms a sticky mass.Add in cardamom powder powder and when it forms ball, add 1 tb spoon gheen and spread it on a greased steel plate. It will take approxmately 10-15 minutes to reach final consistency. Cut it once cools down.
