Another great video! Because I *genuinely* care, I would strongly dissuade anyone from “deep frying“ in a shallow pan on a gas stove (or any high heat source). I’ve (obviously accidentally 😖) started a grease fire before, and that is a super scary thing. If you’re going to “deep fry” something (no matter how much oil you use) you should use a high-sided pan. ❤️ and... if you do have a grease fire, do not try to put it out with water, as the water and oil mixture will create a fireball effect. Instead, put it out by putting a lid on top of the fire to cut off the fires oxygen supply, or smother the fire with a dry ingredient like flour (or even rice!) Sorry for the PSA 😬 that fire was just a really traumatic experience for me, and I really do care about all of you. Hi Kitten! 😻

Love this recipe, will be making this for the men in my house (partner and young adult son, who ha just moved back home!!) ... think they will LOVE it! Won’t be deep frying though, hot oven will do me fine: 1) Can’t be bothered about the mess from deep frying and 2) I never have any luck deep frying anything!

Have you ever had a fail recipe? I know sometimes the things I make don’t always come out so great or taste great🥴 I wonder if youtubers ever experience this and they just have to eat it anyway?
Shredded mozzarella would be easier, but there really is no substitute for fresh. If you really want a little constructive criticism I’ll give it. I truly enjoy watching you make your meals, you are a good cook, sometimes fearless. I don’t know you, so it’s hard to judge what I’m about judge. The way you bite into your food with such fervor sometimes really seems exaggerated. I know there are people that expect this in a mukbang, but it does seem a little forced. I would rather see more natural bites. Maybe it is just me. You are a lovely, fit, and obviously intelligent young woman, it seems beneath you. I know this is a rough critique, but I don’t mean it to be rude in any way. I do watch your videos and enjoy them immensely....except for that one thing. I do hope you won’t be offended. PS I love the spoon your husband got you. It’s a very thoughtful and romantic gift.
