I love this book deeply. From my first time reading it, I surrendered to the mystery and enjoyed the journey. It delights me in every re-read, and I still don't feel like I've gotten near the bottom of it.

This notion of masks makes me wonder if CS Lewis was inspired by this book to write Till We Have Faces
