If you were in secondary school when Diary of a Badman came out, you couldn't go anywhere without hearing lines from Hamza's videos. This guy was everywhere
Humza brooo, you gotta get that new laptop 😂 One of the most humble and genuine brothers I know, much love Humza. And keep em coming Raheem, insha'Allah 100k very soon.
Met Badman a few years back when he had stopped making content and he was on a mad humble and happy one that I even recognised him and the love I gave him. Spent time chatting to me until I needed to go. Good guy
Humza Arshad = GOAT ! He's just not a friend but a BROTHER for life. What he has done for so many people is countless.. He deserves everything and more!
I hope you all enjoy this episode with Humza! From watching him my whole life to sitting here with him.. unreal moment! Lets try to get 20,000 LIKES on this episode! - Raheem
I did not enjoy, I felt sorry for this person the whole 10min I've watched. How come his hijabi mom doesn't know that the people who fabricate stories to make others laugh (and make money out of it) are cursed by the Messenger?! We do Dawah only by following the methodology of the Prophet sallAllahu alayhi wa sallam. This guy is not successful, he is lost, as many Asians in the UK are. They lack proper Islamic knowledge.
@@vnikol-o7b great to see that you're role modelling the values and behaviours of being a Muslim by spreading negativity (calling him, and all other UK Muslims lost) and making a judgement on someone's intentions on why they make videos and why they entertain. Let's not listen to the fact that he's made children's books and has had an impact on a vast part of the world (not only the UK). Good on you - I hope you see what you're doing by making such comments.
@@furqantahir9209 You're reply to her truthful statement about those who make up stories for mere idle entertainment is that its entertaining? You are proving her example, showing you value desires over submission to Allah.
I remember interviewing him in 2013 (when I was trying to be an apna journalist) and found him very polite and friendly. Really pleased he had supportive parents (financially and emotionally) to help him on his way. As a creative and someone who did Drama and had brief dreams of being an actor, I didnt have the assertiveness to take it further. Only wish he hadnt joined the Prevent initiative to help further stigmatise our communities, best left avoided.
So nice to see Humz doing great things..such a humble guy from school days (we went Bevin together). If you're reading this, shout out to you my bro. Trust all is well 🙏🏽
Quality podcast bro, you been proper consistent with your channel, you did exactly what I wanted to do with the people your interviewing Inshallah you reach your max potential!
haha, this is such a funny coincidence because I literally went back to watch diary of a badman like a week or two ago. I used to find it hysterical but content and myself has changed quite a bit since then :D it's been 13 or 14 years!
if your kid was following Hamza, as a parent you would be completely happy with that... in my opinion hes one of the good ones... there plenty of rotten apples the younger generation could be following, and we all know that, but Humza been spreading positivity since day 1. MashAllah, May Allah Almighty multiply his success and grant his parents and family happiness inshAllah
lmao reminds me of me at random times w jis skits, only if i started recording myself however i wouldn't be able to think of too many videos w deeper meanin, alot of my funny stuff just omes out without tinkin or plannin before hand
Honestly never found this guy funny, I don't hate the brother but at that time Muslims were weak making jokes about themselves and I didn't like that. Tough times for Muslims back then and to be accepted man's were making satire to be accepted in society, and wasn't easy after 9/11 I can tell you that much.
Also back then no one really knew the power of that subscribe button so it wasn’t really pushed that much.. in theory he should be on millions of subscribers
