Brother I have no idea what your saying but thank you so much for this tutorial!! So I see you mix olive oil and vapor rub, then let it sit for 5 minutes I think use this has shampoo and condition it with conditioner. I will do this every week. God bless you!

No i dont, 2eggs, 2 banana, 1beatroot, lots of veggies, 2 glass of milk, 1hour yoga n 1hour running is the part of my daily diet or routine but still i have severe hair falls, ohh ya no smoking or drinking

@@Allinone_77 add more protein, get more sunlight, stop using shampoo, get more multi grains and cereals and apply fenugreek/curd paste onto your hair..weak hair falls off and strong hair growth is promoted
When I just used to put my hands in hair many hairs used to fall out. I had no good diet or no exercise due to hectic routine. But still I stopped my hairfall because of using right oil and conditioner. Coconut oil, mustard oil, olive oil never worked for me, I used to apply them for years also many shampoos never worked for me. Then one day I tried castor oil, it did not stop my hairfall but because it is thick it took away all my dandruff. Hairfall was still there. One day I tried Treseme hairfall defense conditioner after using any shampoo and omg it worked like magic. My hairs became strong and if I put my hands in hair they won't fall out. I follow this routine just on Sunday and my hairfall has stopped and dandruff is gone. Though I don't exercise and have an average diet I stopped hairfall. My point is experiment with your hair with all different sorts of oils and all types of shampoos and conditioners, buy all those 3-4 rs sachets. You will definitely find a product which is made for you and suits u.

@@mamtasharma2656 if u have consulted then i don't know but folliculitis is an infection which can be treated i suffered from seborrheic dermatitis in which my follicles also used to pain if u have heavy dandruff then it can also cause pain

With due respect i want to say that i have tried this remedy. Vicks already contains PETROLIUM which is extremely greasy. Mixing it with olive oil caused hair fall for me. While messaging the mixture i saw hairs started to fall. I think instead of vicks , we should use CAMPHOR. It has the same effect and it's not sticky either.
but camphor whitens hair

Javed Bhai please suggest what to do on roots coz I got grey hair on the crown area and I colour it.. but I scare to oil my hair and apply such remedies on my hair coz my hair colour comes out in a wash only nd then I end up colouring my roots every next week...I am 33 and grey hair giving me a real tough time..thnx fr all your love for us and our desi culture nd remedies..god bless u always🙏🏻👍🏻
