    Only Mumei could, in the same story, admit to crashing her car and also complain about her dad 'backseating' her driving 😆

    Papa owls way of handling criticism is the best imo. Just dont even consider it; know what you're doing is correct, and dont let anything else register (of course, you need to always be right for this to be good)

    I will agree with father owl on the coming to a stop part ONLY. Every time I go somewhere with my sister, she will wait until the absolute last second to start braking to the point where if the tires slipped at all there would be a crash. EVERY TIME. She also tailgates and then gets mad at cars that need to turn or tap their brakes as if she isn't too close. Staying a length or two back and easing on the brake is literal zen in comparison. Although, my brother says I drive like a maniac on the highway and taking turns, so nobody's a saint I guess. The first time I tried for my driver's license, the cops gave me the nickname "Tokyo Drift," and that still comes up to this day

    The indicator is there to give ample warning information to fellow traffic about the intention to change lanes. It takes usually at least three flashes to be even noticed and registered by fellow traffic.
    If you indicate and immediately switch lanes you’re doing it wrong…go back to driving school Mother Owl.

      Nah, more like putting indacator BEFORE switching, or BEFORE going slower for any reason, or just putting on your warning light if you ever stop on the road, that is basic, I know it was not common before but now car go fast way easyer

    Yeah, my mom backseat drives me all the time. Complaining about the routes I take, my speed, if there's a stop sign. Literally anything.
    Also it seems like a lot of fathers of daughters are very goofy and smug with their kids. It seems very wholesome.

    So basically, Mumei is able to banter with Kronii, especially in the early days of the Bunkeronii, because Kronii is much like her dad, except Kronii hasn't, at the time, attained perfect criticism deflecting potential, while Mumei already has some under her belt.

    I had a similar experience with one of my friends, where he would always lean forward and check out the window when I was turning, and I had to tell him to stop so I could actually see what I was doing. Ever since then, I myself also make sure to get out of the way of the driver when I'm in someone elses car.

      FYI, older cars had worse visibility, with road design and cars changing during the 90's. It wasn't too unusual to have passengers check blind spots or watch right-hand side traffic.

    Backseating part is literally my grandmother. She will see the red light and that I’m not slowing down like 50 feet from the red light and start fussing at me that I’m going too fast and to slow down only for me to come to a perfectly fine stop at the red light. And then she will do things that are oftenly even more dangerous than me not slowing down 50 feet from the red light. Such as merge into a lane with a car almost right behind us in said other lane, almost cause an accident cause she pulled onto a road almost right infront of a car and narrowly missed it. And she wonders why I oftenly get jumpy when I ride with her while she does such things.

    my father used to do crap like that, like when i took a turn he would go "ok for turns you need to slow down a bit" i got him to stop by refusing to slow down on a very sharp turn when he started doing that. caused him quite the panic but afterwords he said "oh. you know, you actually handled that pretty well!" and he has never pulled crap like that again

    • @Sin_Alder
      @Sin_Alder หลายเดือนก่อน +4

      Yep, you sure showed him. Now you'll never have to be informed of your inability to drive properly again.

      i proved to him that i was able to handle a extreme situation and that helped calm his over-active nerves thats all im saying

      Just like anything else that originates from the degens at 4chan "based" has gotten diluted into not really having meaning anymore due to normies. Such is life. Just remember, the definition of "literally" was changed to also mean figuratively because enough people were using it wrong. Rule by stupid is the natural order unfortunately.

    • @therighttrousers343
      @therighttrousers343 หลายเดือนก่อน

      It's an older word than lil B, and to be fair I didn't know who lil B was, I'm 25 so kinda young but probably a demographic for lil B at his peak but I've never been a rap, especially modern, mainstream rap, follower. But yeah, based just means, solid argument, what you speak is rooted in the truth, you are speaking facts or words of wisdom, and we have other ways to say it, this is just another one, perhaps not even the latest. Do quite like the sound of changing it out in myself for "wise words", has a certain sagacity to it that sounds more appreciative and agreeable.
