I think me and you might be opposites because I hate the hot weather and my tendency is to drink lots of water. About 5 years ago I (very belatedly) discovered the hard way that it's possible to drink too much water. Can't remember the exact explanation but i think i'd diluted myself too much and it messed up my salt levels. Felt like a right idiot. Totally agree with you about EV misinformation. More generally i'm just amazed that so many people seemed to be proud climate-change skeptics. I think it's quite arrogant of folk to assume they know more than the scientists who've spent their adult lives studying climate change, just because they've watched some clickbait drivel on TH-cam.
