I am 40 years old and I am sobbing my eyes out to this track as it is one of the very few songs that gets depression and the impact it has on us who suffer with battling it.
I feel you, man... this song is for everyone who battles with mental illness.. hang in there!
I can relate to how you feel as I have suffered with depression on and off since my mid 30s, I am now 64 and coming off medication so feeling good at moment. I hope you can work through it and take a turn for the better. Love and best wishes to you.

Oh god, this song actually responds to depression for people like myself out there. Always is there an inner voice being negative and telling us that we're not worth living.
But a common way to fight back through all the struggle is to take control of that inner voice through eons of wrestling, and that reality of people you interact with aren't against you either.
You go out there and you'll see those who care about you.

was thinking the same thing. shows the true things we people dealing with this type of depression go through. its easier for people to say " stay positive" etc than it is for people to help the ones that are close to them struggling. this song made me cry .
