Beautiful staging with the blue accents. Laundry chute a plus. Would keep a basket on the counter. Lanai small. Would get bigger for an outdoor kitchen. Kitchen small. But nice home. Staging makes all the difference.

They do have single story in Clermont. It is a little more pricey but worth it imo.
