Ingredients for Chicken Barra
¼ Cup Curd
3 Tbsp Fresh Cream
2 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
½ Tsp Green Chilli Paste
1 Tsp Garam Masala Powder
½ Tsp White Pepper Powder
½ Tsp Black Pepper Powder
1 Tsp Lemon Juice
Salt to Taste
750 Gms Chicken
3-4 Tbsp Oil
1 Tbsp Chopped Garlic
1 Tbsp Dried Fenugreek Leaves
2 Tbsp Oil
3 Onions
8-10 Cashews
¼ Cup Curd
¼ Cup Malai or Fresh Cream
2-3 Green Chillies Crushed
½ Tsp White Pepper Powder
Salt to Taste
I tired Chicken Barra for the first time at home and got complements like "it's better than what we eat at restaurants", "stuti you are such a good cook let's open a restaurant", etc etc. All thanks to you Benazir
