The building with no info at 3:20 is actually meant to be London’s Roman basilica, pretty much the most important and largest building in Londinium, bigger than St Paul's today and notably the largest building of its type north of the Alps! For some reason it's been severely under-scaled in the game though. Also not sure why they stuck it in the corner either since it was THE central building of the city at the time of the Romans. I'd recommend looking it up since there's a fair few impressions that give you an idea of its immense scale.
