Since I was a child I always dreamt of becoming a doctor. No reason, it just pop up like it was really meant for me. And up until now I am pursuing that dream. I am studying/working hard for that dream. Well I know that its hard and I still have a long way to go, but that won't make me quit because I know that there is no shortcut on achieving what I wanted in life. I am looking for my role model, for the inspiration of this dream, for me to look up into that person not to follow the path of that certain person's life, but for me to have that feeling of willing to surpass someone or to learn from them. (15:00) Then I found you!! You talk to the camera, you talk to people confidently. You explain things perfectly. You show no problems but happiness from your work and experiences. I'm currently an ICU Nurse here in the UK.. I just discovered your channel and you've been inspiring Gio.. I follow a few med student and drs. in YT all of them are foreign ones.. And I'm just so happy i was able to come across yours... I was very close to the RODs I've worked with when i was still in Pinas and i must say that Drs. In the Philippines are beyond moooore than the drs in other countries... Filipino Doctors rock!

hahaha me bs accountancy pero nag apply sa med 😂. Sobrang lapit ko lang po sa ASMPH pwede lakarin from my house. But i decided pa na mag take nalang ng another degree like PT before mag med hahaha 😅. Sobrang tagal but i know its worth it naman! :) Nag apply din ako sa ASMPH tanggap din and St lukes but need to take another extra units science lalo na psych.

Hello, I know this video is 3 years old na. But I wanted to ask if may chance ako maka pasok sa ASMPH kahit hindi ako stellar student nung undergrad ko as long as mababawi ko NMAT PR and interview. And I also read on reddit na 5% lang yung ina-accept nila from other schools. (I studied BSN here in my hometown lang sa province).
Funny enough, the asmph interview process last 2019 had a total of 8 stations with 1-2 Drs manning each station and the whole switching from one to the next station oddly felt like doing anatomy or histology practicals, complete with a timer and a bell hahaha
yep!! first time for them to try it out this past year actually! but they told me not to spill anything about it so hehe I didnt talk about it in the video anymore

I dont know much about it yet, but i know that Ateneo College suspended their ACET already for their college applications, so if ASMPH thought the same, then it would also not mind if students did not take the NMAT? I’m just speculating hehe
MAHIRAP HAHA I took review classes every weekend, Saturday and Sunday. 8am-5pm. for around 10 weeks? my other batch mates did review classes during summer, pero hindi kasi ako available nung summer, so I just did the review classes during first semester!

yes asmph offers scholarships!! but I'm sorry I dont know the specifics of it :( maybe you can try getting in touch with the admissions department, you can find their contact number ASMPH's website, or maybe message ASMPH on fb hehe
I think you can have it brought! But make sure that your requirements are complete! To be sure, please contact the admissions office of ASMPH na lang, i think their number is google-able!
Far from me to tell you what language you should speak, but I come hungry for information and there is always some parts that I cannot get because you switch languages.

Nope, we have a lot of students from many different colleges!! My batchmates come from colleges both in and out of metro manila :)
