The Post Office Inquiry is now entering phase seven, where The Chair of the Inquiry, Sir Wyn Williams, will examine current practice and procedure at the Post Office as well as compensation.

Nick Read comes from the same mould as so many PO responsibles we have had to listen to in the course of this Inquiry - "based on the information I received from my staff", "to the best of my knowledge", "had I known", etc - please destroy the mould! The PO and the Government should get the finger out and pay all outstanding compensations to the Sub-Postmasters within say 6 months!!! P.S. If I ever get into trouble and need a Barrister, I'd love to have Jason Beer - what a formidable lawyer!
