Stockland is not to be trusted again. Westfield was one of the main reason why we bought. The marketing strategy is misleading- why would Stockland pitch Westfield as future town center, when they don’t own the land. I have referred to the Masterplan and it does not say proposed Westfield anywhere. You guys have ripped off so many people. All residents should consider a class action lawsuit.
I love the choice of words like "proposed", "expedite", "within control", "effort", "intend". All words that mean absolutely nothing. Classic bait and switch. "Desire for reputable developer to deliver"... WESTFIELD WAS HEAVILY MARKETED AND ADVERTISED, EVEN THE "FUTURE MT ATKINSON TOWN CENTRE" WAS CALLED "FUTURE WESTFIELD TOWN CENTRE" I didn't know you could use another brands reputation to support and justify misleading people.. you promoted something to maximise sales and the deny responsibility. You profited from a promise that should never have been made. How much extra were you guys able to cheat from people by claiming a Westfield would be here?
