Making a Hot Wire Foam Cutter | DIY Foam Cutting Machine

Hey! Today I show you How to make a polystyrene foam cutter machine at home! Awesome
We need:
- nichrome wire (length: 25 cm, diameter: 0.3 mm),
- power supply unit (5 V, 3 A),
- switch,
- clamps and wires,
- screw, washers and nuts,
- small spring,
- wooden blanks,
- thermo glue gun and soldering iron,
- etc.

In case anyone asks, the reason a spring is on the Nichrome wire is that it expands when heated. Also, never touch Nichrome when charged, it is extremely hot.
