Everyone complaining about doing the small ones first: they do this because once the large one is breached, the area swells and the big one bleeds if anything is done nearby, so it's harder, more painful, and more bloody to extract the little ones. And if they aren't extracted, they will likely become inflamed also. The way she's doing it isn't for views, it's for reasonable and clinical reasons and the way they always do it.

I wish they would do the large whiteheads first. I think they try to save them for last since they are the ones everyone wants to see but they invariably break them by working on the smaller ones around them. So then you can’t see them anyway and those are what’s highlighted on the thumbnails.

Soap and water is good preventive maintenance. lt might not clear up everything but it certainly would help.
