I lived there 5 years, arriving as a humanitarian worker, after January 12. I loved the country, but even more the people, the music, the happines despite every hardship and difficulty in a country like Haiti. Really a beautiful place

The Haitians are blessed to live in the island of Santo Domingo. They should take better care of their side and have better environmental practices. Stop destroying the natural resources, the forest, the rivers, the soil. And above all embrace Christianity and stop their violence on each others.
