@@ijxssie to be honest i didn't remember exactly buy it is in the early game, a few days after the beggining. May just after the opening of Tendo & Nendo's store, you shoud see near the ''town hall'' one of the sellers of the dress store and Toom Nook will ask you where to put the store.
