    Nice work.Are u sure to use plastic sheet on the concrete,I heard that can cause mold in pink insulation

      Thank you and great question! I am creating a video on details for water proofing and fire blocking, but here is my short answer--
      Yes, regarding the plastic on the external concrete wall, this is how we do it in PA, recommended/confirmed by local township code enforcement. The key is to hang 4-mil plastic to floor but do NOT seal it. You can overlap but don't tape it. This serves as the moisture barrier (different from the vapor barrier on the drywall side) and it needs ventilation. Keep it loosely hung and any water/moisture/condensation will drip to ground and ventilate... so it doesn't stay in the insulation to cause mold, etc.
