Sir, I want to file case against a person who has destroyed my reputation in village and made me socially week. But I don't have any evidence and witness... So where should I file petition to collect evidence? Like without evidence, case will be useless which I don't want...
@@VikasNagwan Dear Sir, My gharari ( A piece of land on which a house is built) is given in back without road and for that I asked my uncle ( Grandfather's brother ' s child) to do proper partition. But in this , these two of my neighbour has just brainwashed my grandfather and disconnected him from my family and send to the kind of powerful person home. Then brainwashed my those uncle this much that they were ready to k*ll me. Now when I am trying to call my grandfather from that person's home, again these two brothers enters in the matter and calls panchayat on me only. Because of him 1. I am not able to get proper share of land. 2. Send my grandfather to powerful person and threatening us of property sale. 3. Misleads villagers in against of me. 4. His aim is to make me disturb in this legalities and all , and he don't have any single benifits from it. He is only doing because of jealousy. His actions have destroyed my family reputation and made our environment unsafe.
