Promotion and Recognition Ceremony for Albuquerque Fire Rescue - July 11, 2024

Mayor Tim Keller, and Fire Chief Emily Jaramillo is hosting a ceremony to celebrate recent promotions and civilians who have demonstrated service through action. 16 members of AFR will be promoted at the company, and chief officer ranks. AFR wants to recognize each member getting promoted and will celebrate this achievement with a badge pinning ceremony.
PLEASE NOTE: Special recognition will also be given to the lifeguards and staff of the Sunport Pool for their life saving efforts of a cardiac arrest that occurred in the pool on Monday, June 24, 2024.
