The Lord just put on my heart that when we walk through a day in trusting dependence on Him, His aching heart is soothed. He wants us to surrender more, and I love that. some things that helped me were declaring scripture out loud over intrusive thoughts, carrying battle cards with me throughout the day, going to therapy (really helped) and also welcoming other close friends into my struggle.
