Hi, I have 2 doubts- in the consent form and another document i have to put the address same as the passport right ? also i have recently shifted so i have chosen the current address as pick up and drop address that is supposed to be on my envelope or shud i put address same as my passport?
The pick-up address should be your current address where you want your passport to be picked and dropped after it got stamped.

Can you please tell if passport is returned without stamping due to mismatched photo specifications then do we need to raise the web form again and submit the consent and courier form again ??
Then only your passport will be stamped.. so you have to raise the form

You just have to send the scanned copy of stamped passport to your agent to upload on your file 😊

Same thing happened to me …. You will get the message related to your courier details.
No the Awb no is different, 2nd u received on payment receipt which is sent by vfs on ur mail id
That you can find in vfs payment receipt that you received after submitting your passport

I guess bro one possibility is that it has not been shipped or the other possibility can be sometimes it may take time
