what is the brand of those angle light you used in the bed of the trailer. I don't think you said the part number or brand of the lights. Thanks in advance.
For your purposes, I think those corner lights would be great. And you don't have much $$ in them so relatively simple to replace if you break them anyhow.
@@DMAXRYNO no. i appreciate you. i always try to comment when i get to a video early and you always send “appreciate you!“ back. it makes each video better and i truly do appreciate you.
Exactly how I keep my Spanish going better! Wife’s Mexican and most the guys I work with on the jobsites are Hispanic. Also “tienes” Ryno but nobody could catch that. I mess it up too. Tiene for someone who your talking about Tienes someone your taking to. 👍🏼 love the videos! And the confidence in speaking Spanish on video! Hell yeah man!
I don't think it's dumb at all. Those lights will be a huge help, and just being a little careful will ensure they last a good while. You know they're expendable and accept that. Nothing wrong here at all.
Just a note for future (this trailer is probably overbuilt to the point that it doesn't matter) it's better to drill through the web of a frame rail instead of the flange. The flange typically has the highest stress, and more prone to develop a crack from a stress riser. If you look at a commercial truck you'll see the side of the frame looks like swiss cheese, and there are almost no holes in the top or bottom.
Sweet setup on the dump trailer Ryno, looks killer! What if you try welding a piece of expanded metal over the corner lights? Then you could color match as close as you can to the color of the trailer.
Dang that some light show .. 🤘🏽🇺🇲... If you put a big enough tarp in the back of that and fill it up with water you will have a rolling swimming pool 🤷🏽♂️ just saying that might be cool to show up at a truck meet with your own private swimming pool
Love the channel glad pops lives his truck. Learned my Spanish in prison and at Tex Mex restaurants. So I can say really bad things and eat really well afterwards. 😂🎉
Great looking trailer. Killer idea adding those reverse lights. The only problem with the lights in the bed is they will blind you as you are pulling up in the trailer with the equipment, but hey I agree with you, you can never have to much light.
Brother you are going to love those corner lights if you work in the dark much. That is a good idea putting them in the corner like that and if it becomes an issue with them getting broken you could fairly easily make a grill of some kind later if necessary but I doubt it will be for a good while since you will be more careful since the trailer is new.
Those back up lights look nice. It's gonna suck for them if the front of the trailor ends up bottomin out on anythin. With them bein under the frame, they will be the first thing to get broken off.
I was looking on his website and could not find the flash programmer you used on this trailer. I would like to purchase for a few project ideas I have.
23:40 those things are going to be great. I have some of those metal case type lights on my Jeep and have smashed them up big time and they still work fine. With how much support those have they should last a long time. Also they will be really good overhead lights with the dump bed up.
I believe the test on the left checks the battery condition and the good on the right tests the alternator / charging system if you had one. We use those on lots of stuff besides trailers. Also not sure how yours works but ours requires us to unplug the shore power before running the test for accurate results.
Looks siiiiick bro! Idea, why don't you grab some left over big guage rebar and weld then in front of the lights from front wall to side walls of trailer going diagonal!!? That might help protect em
My dump trailer has a center pin that trickle charges the battery while plugged into the truck. I'd think that one should have it too. Other than that and the hydro leak it's a slick trailer and setup
If you're genuinely worried about those lights being damaged find some solid mesh shape it around the lights and then fasten it to the trailer using some brackets and screw so you still have access to them yet they're safe behind the mesh ✌🐻
that's awesome, I'm defiantly stealing that light Idea. My bed all scratched so I'm going to weld a few Peaces of rebar at a forty-five angle to protect mine.
My trailer was the same way missing the reverse wire in the main plug in, so i added a 4 wire plug in to the trailer and ran my reverse lights and extra lights through that
Just thinking out loud, couldn't you put a small metal cage around the lights to stop any impacts from shifting loads. Like the metal grate they use to protect your back window in work trucks.
Link for flash controller. I got a 23 7x14 big tex I wanted to put strobes on but I'd rather go the way u are. Also looking into reverse lights but I'm looking at the oval that's brake/reverse
Ryno, scratch the hell out of (mostly the inside) that trailer, it means you're making bank! The lights inside are great for your application, mostly excavator and loose stuff... For my remodel biz, not so much, it will be cool to see how they last!
I would have mounted them under the front edge and made them fold up to shine in the back. Also shine to the sides so you could use them as spot and area lights… but awesome idea wish I had time to put something like that on mine…
Ok I tried to find Sergio and the web site I’m a light freak also and would like to strobe my trailer lights. Can you help me out with the web site? Thanks
You could weld 3 little bars going across the corner in front of the light or two bars and a small cage that would take the impact and not the light and leave room to remove the lights from the top
if the lights brake you could weld on a little fence on it to cover it and protect it. (the fence Im talking about is like what the border patrol has on their vehicles to protect the windows from rocks being thrown at them)
Pretty good trailers but twice the price is too much unless you really want it to stay pretty (Diamond C seem to be the only ones that dont rust a year later) I just bought a dump trailer and went HP because diamond c was close to double.
I HAVEA 24 FOOT ENCLOSED CAR HAULER AND WOULD LIKE TO KNOW THE BEST SYSTEM TO RUN A WINCH AND ELECTRIC TUNG JACK ON THE TRAILER. POWER THE WINCH AND JACK ON A BATTERY INSIDE THE TRAILER WITH A STRICKLE CHARGER WHEN NOT IN USE. WILL USE THE WINCH VERY LITTLE. WAYNE MILSBORO, DE...
Dude. Love your videos, but I run dump trailer with wood, gravel, dirt, ext. and those lights would not last 2 weeks for me. I hope you have better luck than I do. I love the idea though, and if they do hold up, I might try something similar. Keep up the good work.
What was “surgios” (im sorry I’m bad at spelling) official website I couldn’t get the iep USA to work would absolutely love to support a small business owner thank you
Good advertising for IEP lights and controls , I would have ( as I do ) change the plug, the truck is wired for the backup lights . Fancy flashers ? why ?
I’m actually really excited to see how those corner lights hold up.
did anyone find the link, I dont see it
The 4th light on the charger is for monitoring incoming power when you are connected to the truck. It should also charge when the engine is running.
Correct. The last "good" is monitoring the alternator power when connected to the tow vehicle.
what is the brand of those angle light you used in the bed of the trailer. I don't think you said the part number or brand of the lights. Thanks in advance.
For your purposes, I think those corner lights would be great. And you don't have much $$ in them so relatively simple to replace if you break them anyhow.
Hard labor (wiring) is already done so just need r&r
It’s pretty cool how much Sergio’s English has improved since some early installs.
They way you put those lights in the trailer high up it would be hard for something to hit them looks amazing!
Awesome trailer. Would have changed the trailer plug. Every ... I mean every trailer I own has Reverse lights. Totally worth the time and money.
fastest click of my life. thank you ryno for these vids!
My thoughts exactly. Enjoy his more than any other TH-cam watch. 🎉
Appreciate you!
@@DMAXRYNO no. i appreciate you. i always try to comment when i get to a video early and you always send “appreciate you!“ back. it makes each video better and i truly do appreciate you.
Looks good, curious to see how much draw it has on the lights when you are using the dump with them on. But so many ideas now i wanna do to mine.
Exactly how I keep my Spanish going better! Wife’s Mexican and most the guys I work with on the jobsites are Hispanic. Also “tienes” Ryno but nobody could catch that. I mess it up too. That is so awesome. Im sitting here trying to build a light harness for my racecar... Wish I had a Sergio here in AZ right now 😂
Pickup truck bed could use those light also.

Those lights are sick if I had a trailer like that I would copy that idea in a heartbeat!!!
Really enjoy the videos. If you don’t mind can you tell me what the name and part number for the corner lights please. Thank you
One thing you can do is add expanded metal in front of corner bed lights make a cage. Great idea 👍👍👍👍👍
You should really do some heavy duty bedliner in that dump trailer I think it would be cool
That way he can shovel everything out by hand when it won’t slide out.
Those back up lights look nice. It's gonna suck for them if the front of the trailor ends up bottomin out on anythin. With them bein under the frame, they will be the first thing to get broken off.

Those lights 👌 expanded metal to help protect the corner light if they get broke.
nice idea....we installed reverse lights on our trailer several years ago. Its a really great mod
Killer taste🔥amazing relationship to have with Sergio he’s a BEAST!!! 💪🇲🇽
23:40 those things are going to be great. I have some of those metal case type lights on my Jeep and have smashed them up big time and they still work fine. With how much support those have they should last a long time.
Also they will be really good overhead lights with the dump bed up.
You could always build a wire cage around the lights. Cut up a stainless barbecue grille and weld on small brackets

I think you changed the game even for truck beds 👍
Make a small mesh plate or box and weld them over the lights on the inside corners! so it will keep them somewhat protected!!
If you're genuinely worried about those lights being damaged find some solid mesh shape it around the lights and then fasten it to the trailer using some brackets and screw so you still have access to them yet they're safe behind the mesh ✌🐻

mount a solar panel charger to the hitch box so it can charge without the need of a cord
It’s on the list of things to add as well as a 2nd battery
Bro those lights are gonna look sick the dump trailer
You need a link in the description to Sergio's joint. Would make it easier to get there
Nice setup. With the factory lights on a flasher, did you have to install diodes for your lights to work when you plug them up to your truck?
@Sergio!! How much to do all this to my dump trailer?? Exact same set up
Sweet... now drop a clear liner in there, fill it up, and you have a sweet pool
Just thinking out loud, couldn't you put a small metal cage around the lights to stop any impacts from shifting loads. Like the metal grate they use to protect your back window in work trucks.
I need some lights like that on my trailer!!!
Nice I just find the right one's 😂😂
Link for flash controller. I got a 23 7x14 big tex I wanted to put strobes on but I'd rather go the way u are. Also looking into reverse lights but I'm looking at the oval that's brake/reverse
Daaaamn Bro! I like that flashing light setup. Sergio is THE MAN!! Saludos desde ATL Georgia
anyone know the name of the lights ? looked on sergio’s website but didn’t find them
You should have Nick put his best ceramic coating on the floor of the dump trailer to test how long it will hold up .
Love that idea , put the ceramic and graphene coatings through a true test
Have the same trailer and Need that lighting setup!
Ryan's the reason I bought some heydudes lmao
@dmaxryno what kind of corner lights are they? Do you have a link?
I wish I had a Sergio neighbor back in the day. I had to figure out trailer lights and dune buggy lights all by myself.
Ryno's grow trailer... always growing, never slowing
Just ordered a truck from Lake Charles, Louisiana. How much will it cost to transport that to Los Angeles, CA? Think it’s around 1,600 miles. 😢
Really cool. Curious…. What are you doing with a dump trailer at night so often that you need that type of lighting? Lol. Fun video
Ryno, scratch the hell out of (mostly the inside) that trailer, it means you're making bank! The lights inside are great for your application, mostly excavator and loose stuff... For my remodel biz, not so much, it will be cool to see how they last!

You don’t have an hour to Amazon some and install them?
Put some Baja style cages around the inside bed lights. That would insure their longevity. At least until you hit them with the mini x lol!!!!!
Cover the interior trailer lights with expanded steel to protect them. That should do the trick.
Ok I tried to find Sergio and the web site I’m a light freak also and would like to strobe my trailer lights. Can you help me out with the web site? Thanks
The LED bed lights are definitely worth it
so, they broke?? or not... what is the model/make of those lights? (inside trailer)
I would have mounted those lights on the upper corners of the dump box . Better spread of the light and better coverage.
Ur Spanish is on point bro!!!! 👌👌👌
Lights should hold just fine 👍🏻
Weld a cage or something over the lights like skidssteers have them
Love the corner light man.
Could always tack some mesh over the lights in the trailer so they don’t get broken
Put black plastic skid pads on the inside of the trailer and it won’t get scratched up. Or rino line it. Just a thought
HEY !
Those lights are way too bright 😎
👍😂
Your Spanish is really good tho
Best gringo Spanish 9 1/2/10
Should put a light or too under the fender pointing down on the tires to help brighten that area up more.
you can always put a piece of steel protection around the corner lights.
Weld a metal triangle on top of light and make a metal mesh to cover the front that screws on and off
I think Sergio should start his own channel would be fun to watch I bet
2:05 Could light up when hooked up to a vehical and charging since it would have a higher voltage.
Those corner lights could be covered with some expanded metal and then it would take a lot to break them
The contrast between the thumbnail and tittle haha. "Game changer?" "Horibble idea?"
You could weld 3 little bars going across the corner in front of the light or two bars and a small cage that would take the impact and not the light and leave room to remove the lights from the top
if the lights brake you could weld on a little fence on it to cover it and protect it. (the fence Im talking about is like what the border patrol has on their vehicles to protect the windows from rocks being thrown at them)
Awesome idea…if it becomes an issue, cover them with expanded metal…
Pretty good trailers but twice the price is too much unless you really want it to stay pretty (Diamond C seem to be the only ones that dont rust a year later) I just bought a dump trailer and went HP because diamond c was close to double.
Funny thing is the lights inside makes it looks like a swimming pool
You can use the trailer as a pool too!? If 😎
I HAVEA 24 FOOT ENCLOSED CAR HAULER AND WOULD LIKE TO KNOW THE BEST SYSTEM TO RUN A WINCH AND ELECTRIC TUNG JACK ON THE TRAILER. POWER THE WINCH AND JACK ON A BATTERY INSIDE THE TRAILER WITH A STRICKLE CHARGER WHEN NOT IN USE. WILL USE THE WINCH VERY LITTLE. WAYNE MILSBORO, DE...
That’s exactly how I learned Pennsylvania Dutch too 😂
You can buy the harness with the reverse pin or
I feel like you should make a metal cover for your corner lights just in case something hits them.
Put magnet on the bottom of the corner light with a SAE wire connector to able to disconnect them.
Weld a small cage around the corner lights to protect them
Couldn't you weld a little wire cage over the corner lights to help protect the lights from debris.
Sergio is a beast
Wire in a solar panel mounted to the top of the box to charge the battery
Sergio is the Man
Dude. Love your videos, but I run dump trailer with wood, gravel, dirt, ext. and those lights would not last 2 weeks for me. I hope you have better luck than I do. I love the idea though, and if they do hold up, I might try something similar. Keep up the good work.
That looks like prime drag location
Hell yeah it came out awesome 👌
