Man did you go into detail. But it all boils down to which one you enjoy playing more. I have that Bullet Strat and I checked out a 60’s Classic vibe but did not like the neck. So, I liked my cheaper one better. Thank you for the video, it was enjoyable to watch.
It definitely comes down to the feel and connection to the guitar. I agree, the neck on classic vibe guitars are horrible. The glossy lacquer on the neck is too sticky. I have two CV guitars, and I've sanded the neck down to a satin finish on both.
@@thegaindane exactly! I may not be a great (or even good) player but I know what I like! And wearing my Volbeat shirt of Seal the Deal and Let’s Boogie. Was going to make a vid tonight but my toggle switch on my EC 256 isn’t working so my bridge humbucker is out. This happened before so I need to replace it.
Good comparison video my friend. After much consideration I decided to go with the Jet for a couple of reasons: first, I already have seven Harley Benton's (which I'm universally happy with) so I thought why not try something different? And also I just love the look of the transparent blue version! Cost me £226 (€267) from Bax Music here in the UK, a company I've not used before but they seem to have a good online reputation, comms so far have been first rate, delivery due in two days so👍👍
It seems like Bax Music is the cheapest regarding the JET guitars. They have a webshop in Holland too. Maybe I'll try them when they get more JET guitars in stock. I hope you like your new guitar. I'm VERY pleased with mine.
The HB is better in terms of electronics (pickups, pots, switch) but the Jet is better in the build, it looks much nicer too. Hard choice. With a change of electronics and pickups the Jet would be amazing but it would become a 500$ guitar...
I have a JET JS 450 just like the one of the video, and I love it very much, so I want to use it in studio. My ideas are to have another JET, the one with two humbucker, the JS 500. Bye!

Fun video! I hope you will make more guitar comparison videos.
Thank you 👍
I might do that at some point again 😁
@@thegaindane you should, you have plenty of guitars! 😂
@@thenovicenoisemaker I’ll see if I can find something interesting to compare.

Both good but I think I prefer the Jet and might order one. Thanks for a very good comparison video.
I pick jet as just the frets lower and neck feeel is better in your review
Sounds are same to
Me
Thanks for this review. I prefer the Roswell LAF-B-CR AlNiCo-5 pickups!
Harley Benton for me
How much do they weight in kilo. ??
@@williammolina9792 the JET is 3,4 kg. And the HB is 3,2 kg.

You are so right. I feel exactly the same 😁

Yeah JET guitars are really nice. I wish the JS-500 came without the sparkle finish, though. Not really my thing, but I bet it looks good on stage 😁
Good job 🎸🎸🎸🎸🎸
Jet Guitars all the way
Blacksmith is the company/brand of fretwire, not a claim that it’s made by blacksmiths.
Lol
Thank you for clarifying that, Ari 😁
I'll still continue to tell everyone it's make by actual Blacksmith's.
Das Video ist zu dunkel, die Gitarre will man ja auch sehen!
Jet❤❤❤
