The trick is to, and i know it sounds a bit silly, put your alarm on the loudest setting, on the most uncomfortable sound. that kick, although unpleasant really does spring you out of bed and within a month of that you dont need any large alarm anymore to get you up! keep up the good work bro.
Ben use the app sleep cycle, basically it wakes you up at your lightest sleep. I really recommend it, I use it every day pretty much and always wake up fresh and ready to go.

Just a suggestion for your sleeping goals - try and transition your body into those sleeping patterns. It won't happen straight away! Just try an hour earlier morning and night and it will be easier than just trying to go to bed early and getting up early when your used to the opposite. Anyway keep up the amazing work.
