12 months details are required from a relative in SK. No one will move their from major states like ON or AB. I too added a relative in my profile, but my relatives moved from sk to Ontario years back.. so its not helpful in anyway

I wouldn't consider a 10 days gap to be a problem.
Mention in your LOE that this gap was due to travelling or packing or the Protocols of the company.
