When seeing the moments in which he opened up so honestly with Stays, it just breaks my heart to think that he has had to endure so much emotionally, being away from his family and friends. Feeling lonely. He is such a lovely human being. Loved this video.
The fact that many of us admire him during his God's Menu Era, IMO was most likely due to how he used to be the central of the songs. Just being himself performing WAS what made him so damn attractive. He has retracted himself a lot from the central role more recently. I'm hoping & wishing that he reminds himself that a significant portion of Stays REALLY enjoy him in the central role. Who am I kidding tho... rn I'm just trying to enjoy the tid bits of Channie that we can get here & there...
