@kavrees5622 so glad you enjoyed it. Yes, I love having the house decorated for Christmas and always feel sorry to put the decorations away but wouldn't want them up all the time. I am happy with the way the journal is working out. Plan to do the final inking this week and it will be part of my next vlog. Hoping to get some decorating of it done as well. Do you use a paper reading journal?
Lovely vlog-it was nice to see what you were doing during the week as well as hearing about your reading. Nice cameo by your parents too. I love The Repair Shop. It's on Prime Video but they also have a YT channel and they post entire episodes.

Great vlog! I didn’t know there were bookmarks laminated pouches. I’m gonna have to look into that. I don’t have many bookmarks but I’ve been wanting to make some. I’m also trying to read through my physical library cause I’m pretty sure that I won’t be rereading many of them so I can unhaul them and used books aren’t as accessible here (& new books are too expensive for me to purchase frequently) so collecting books will be going way down at my new house.
Hi Fiona, I DNF'd The Discovery of Witches series after book 2 . I'm in my mid 40's and like a quiet Christmas and New Years. I'm a foodie and loved your risoto (except for the Brussel Sprouts). I love leak and potato soup. The Walkers of Rivers Edge series is on my TBR. Cool that you make homemade bread.
@amy8458 no worries re ADOW series, it is not for everyone. The risotto is a favourite in our house, would you like me to send you the original recipe? If so please email me and I will send the recipe that way. I love making bread, am hoping to try making sourdough bread and foccacia as well this year. I hope you enjoy The Walkers of Rivers Edge.
