Great observation for a non-native Greek speaker. I noticed that too, it is definitely not a choice necessitated by rhyme, since "μαστουρωμένους" could easily rhyme with "ξαπλωμένους". However, both adjectives are used on purpose in nominative case here. It is obviously a poetic, mangas-like version, something similar to what black rappers do today with their own version of English (eg You was etc) . Hope this helps!
