That guy is hecka expressive considering he's just got an eye on fire for a face.
and in reality that's not even an eye, i'm more of a glowing light, they just drew an eye to make it more expressive and cute.

In game he's more expressive with his arms, like giving a thumb up ...or flipping the bird (not need to censor it if it's already blurred pixel :D )

The Vorpal Pan is the dumbest and best thing i've ever used as a weapon in a videogame.
Pan as first weapon is not so good,but late game it becomrd very powerful and can 5 shot the clock master with a V-S colorless pan

It's almost as if a 70 second short is easier to make at a higher quality than a 20 minute episode weekly.
Yeah! Cause cartoons are animated ONLY by a couple of freelance French animators and not with a well planned out team of 40+ people that have expensive graphic tablets & decent paychecks~

I dunno, I feel like "enemies that are on fire drop food items" instead would make a bit more sense, even if it doesn't have critical hits on it to make it a decent boss weapon.
yeah but that would make the game waaaay to easy. dead cells is made to be difficult with food being scarce and your limited amount of healing.
Well considering you'd need some means of fire, and the fact that the item wouldn't do anything to bosses, I'd say it'd be totally balanced. Besides it could always be rebalanced if it were too strong, maybe 50% chance, with the chances of higher healing items being much lower and the lower healing items being higher. Besides if something's going to kill you, it's usually going to kill you before you can react. I never die just from lack of healing usually, it's moreso from huge attacks that practically one shot me, cursed chests(which also one shot you if you get hit once), or chain stuns. Never "I took so much damage and I didn't have any healing left". I usually complete most of the early dungeons without using a single pot, and most of the later ones with using 2 or 3/4 at most. It's almost always the unlucky situations that cause me to die.

The pan! It is in there. And it's actually a fine weapon to boot.
Don't know when it got added, I have walked past it in the shops a lot of times before realising the shopkeep gives it to you if you talk to him.
0:31 This guy is good considering he got to the asleep sanctuary in 3rd run (Thats the only place where golems spawn and its impossible to get there in the 3rd run)

You actually can get to the slumbering sanctury on your third run

Beated Hand of King, on my 4th run ever, with a pan. It's pretty good
I liked that they actually made it a decent weapon.
And the balalaika too, absolutely silly looking/sounding but also kind of devastating.

I used assassin's dagger, pan's back-facing counterpart.
It had 3k damage on crit, more than I've seen on pan.
And it makes sure you don't get hit while attacking if the enemy isn't stunned, because attacks come out the front.

@@newbusinggrampsphone5574 2 years too late, but that's not half a dead fish, that's one of the boss monster's tentacles. It's a hint that The Beheaded actually managed to triumph using the Vorpan, the pan weapon's name in-game.

I’ve played the game and can confirm the frying pan is in fact one of the best pure offensive weapons in the game because of its effect to garuntee crit hits when attacking an enemy’s front. Give it good modifiers and it can kill plenty of mobs

I love how the lore and the posters and everything is so serious, yet the game and the trailers are just comedy
He's come quite far from these early days, I've noticed. Every trailer after this one, he becomes more and more badass.
Knowing that this guy was the king who everyone hated, has turned into the equivalency of a nigh immortal murder hobo Deadpool who’s signature weapon are pans is just perfect.
I absolutely love that they added this as an actual costume in the game
