I also learned it's good to mow the corn stalks as soon as possible before various bugs and critters get settled in there. You guys are doing very well!
You and your wife should be very proud of your kids! They are some very hard worker. I know farm work is hard work, but it still fun! Love your show! 😊❤️🙏
The view from the top of the roof was beautiful. I'm glad you didn't fall from the top of the roof It wasn't safe but most of us have done things that weren't all that safe. You all work together so well.
Jamaica 🇯🇲 here great seeing you at work please be careful your plants looking healthy here in Jamaica 🇯🇲 vegetables 🍅 are very expensive so good to see all those beautiful red tomatoes be safe and continue doing what you’re doing best
Great job and well done and absolutely you guys bonded so well and doing such an amazing job ! .. as always beautiful sharing adventure documentary updated resume countryside and the filming footage compilation looks super awesome super amazing ! .. millions thanks Logan
I was curious, rather than just mow down all those sweet corn stalks, couldn't you feed them to the cows as silage? I really enjoyed watching this video. Your fields look well groomed and organized. Many, many years ago, when I had a 1/4 acre garden, I would mow my lawn and use that bagged grass to go between the plants, such as tomatoes, etc. and in the rows to stop weeds. Every now and then I'd toss it around so it kept dry and didn't mold. I posted I could not find any kohlrabi and fresh white potatoes around. Someone contacted me and brought me a half a dozen kohlrabi and about 25 lbs of potatoes in a crate. I gladly paid them and was thrilled that I have home grown on the farm food. Last week, I got to the farmers market and the Amish had currant jelly. I bought six jars and gave that lady a nice tip because I didn't think she was charging very much. I got a crumb apple pie for $5. What? wow, the stores charge a lot more and they are factory made. I cut up a kohlrabi into angel hair along with a cabbage and carrots and made some mouth watering cole slaw. Logan, you are physically fit but I worried for you climbing that roof with no protection. That was extremely dangerous and I am glad it all worked out. Get ready for a laugh! I made a home mad contraption. Behind my house the spouting is about 20 feet above ground. One day I took a 16 foot piece of 1/2 inch pvc water piping. One one end, I put a 90 Degree elbow with about a 3 inch piece of pipe and glued it on. Once that was on, I took a torch and lightly heated that small piece up until I could press it closer together so it made a good stream of water shooting out of it with just water hose pressure. Underneath that, I put a good clothes line on it with two clamps to hold it on tight. Then down on the other end, I put on a shut off valve. On that I put a threaded pvc connector so I could glue it to the pvc pipe and attach it to a hose. Then I raised that pipe up to the spot and drew the line tighter. I started the hose and walked from right to left flushing out my spouting. It may looked funny, but I got my leaves out of the spouting so the rain washed away quickly
Great video. Logan, please be careful on that roof. I have a brother in law who is 57. He has been in a wheelchair since 2004 from.a spinal.injury he got from falling from.a.roof while cleaning gutters. :(
Logan, when we used to harvest kohlrabi on my farm we just slid the clippers under the bulb and snipped it off at ground level. That way you don't need to struggle to pull it out and you don't get soil all over everything. And sorry, but I couldn't help laughing when you were climbing around on the roof. You looked awkwardly uncomfortable, but you got the gutters cleaned and you were right about it being a beautiful view up there.
I love your videos, the planting, the harvesting etc. I was very nervous when you were on the roof. Thank God that you finished cleaning out the gutters and are still in one piece! However, I don't like it when you pick an ear of corn, chew on a couple of spots and then throw it on the ground. That could have have been food for someone. The entire video was great except for the corn to the ground. You and your family are hard workers and deserve all the blessings!!🙏❤️🙏
Hellooo there Logan! I’m wondering if you’ve ever planted swiss chard. They’re a similar yield as kale, where you don’t cut the plant and usually sells in similar bunches. Have you had a watermelon picking yet? I’m missing the toss! 😂 Take care…👋🏻👋🏻👋🏻
Big respect for even going up on the roof like that. No way id do that because my fear of heights makes it hard for me to get on a second step of a ladder. Anything higher is a no go
Beautiful sight from the roof , but why are you unrestrained on the roof ? You don't realize how important you are to the family work force . And BTW medics is expensive ! Don't take chances . Hire a cherry picker if you clean the gutters !
How in the world did you "spider man" your way on that roof! Good thing you didn't film it, all the moms and grandmas would have been yelling at you through their screens 😠 😅.
You not using your manpower ! Empty the cucs on the feeder and then you go the other side with Sammi and fill the cartons . Then start feeding as the washer empties
Towards the end of the video Is Sammi sorting them by size? Some Pickling and some just regular cucumbers? Guessing they go into seperate boxes for the Market.... th-cam.com/video/eFX3mQkcjEw/w-d-xo.html
Are you sure that is plastic and not corn starch mulch film which biodegrades i am willing to bet looking at that its cornstarch mulch film used by farmers every were and not actually plastic so there is no need to remove it just till it in and it will biodegrade.
Love watching you working together. Blessings!!!!!
Loving the sight and sound of the old potato digger! Still getting the job done!👍
This video offers a comprehensive look at agriculture technology. Some parts were very engaging, while others were a bit technical.
Sammi’s laugh is the best!!!
I also learned it's good to mow the corn stalks as soon as possible before various bugs and critters get settled in there.
You guys are doing very well!
You live in such a beautiful countryside. Your plants look so big and healthy. Wonderful family business. Enjoy watching.
Sammi is a good one bro. Don’t screw that up. You won the lottery.
That girl is a serious work horse!
We always look forward to your videos. PA is such a beautiful state at this time of the year.
Spider Man to the rescue❤. Be careful Logan. Potatoes are looking good.
Your work ethic is impressive! And your climbing skills too! Way to go!
"Thank you for your video, wishing you success."
Taters looking good Logan! Glad you kept Sammi away from that blower😂 Thanks for the upload! Take care guys!
Great job as always Logan. You and Sammy make a wonderful team.
God bless

Awesome Spider Man Challenge 👌
OMG Logan, you are either brave or crazy. I could not get up on those roofs and climb around like you did!! I would be frozen solid unable to move.
Good day to all. Sammy, Swing Out, Sister.
I am ready for collards. I bought fresh hog jowl today.
Those are some great looking potatoes Logan especially the red ones.
A little nerve racking seeing you on the barn tin roof Logan 😳 all in all another Great video 📸
They sell a gutter tool that you can use from the ground.
Hi Logan, do you ever make silage from the corn for the cattle?
I love your videos, the planting, the harvesting etc. I was very nervous when you were on the roof. Thank God that you finished cleaning out the gutters and are still in one piece!

How do you recoded people to cook corn at home. Jim80
Brussel sprouts are tribute to human's vanity- I can't imagine the reason why this vegetable gained popularity when there is a ton of other stuff.
Because they are awesome. :)
😎
How far is your farm from Ochs farm the veggie boys
Vapor Plume in background
VERY CLOSE. Like 10 miles. Veggie Boys are in Drums, PA and these guys are in Nescopeck, PA. I willing to bet the families know each other
@@WilliamWBGAndrew and Logan are friends. I believe Logan got advice from Andrew when he launched his channel.

I'm sure Logans parents have been farmers and farming successfully since he was "" knee high to a Grasshopper "". Just saying...
How in the world did you "spider man" your way on that roof! Good thing you didn't film it, all the moms and grandmas would have been yelling at you through their screens 😠 😅.
Are you allergic to corn? The veggie boys pick in t-shirts
It was wet.
why dont you chop it for silage for your cows
8/14/24! 😂
You not using your manpower ! Empty the cucs on the feeder and then you go the other side with Sammi and fill the cartons . Then start feeding as the washer empties
Good morning
Sammi was so excited to launch herself into kohlrabi that she couldn't hide it
Why does the video get blurry sometimes?
Hi Logan

I dont mean any harm but it does something to me when you just nibble the corn and just toss it away. At least let the dogs eat it.
It was laying on the ground in front of the dog and it showed no interest. It’s corn and it’s a dog..
@@Boldo75 You don't say.smh
