The absolute best of the best. There is nothing on the radio today anywhere that can compare. I do listen to WFAN Boomer & Gio and they are great, but it pales into comparison the enjoyment the I-Man gave me every day waking up and commuting. Imus was tops, IMO. The bits and improv were really good, so there were always laffs, but there were also sports, current events, political analysis, books, interviews, and such, along with local breaks for standard morning drive stuff like news, weather, and traffic. THE best nationally syndicated morning radio of the late 20th / early 21st century. I'm surprised to find that I missed the whole Dagen/Megan thing. Dunno how or why. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
It's strange watching the I-man through the years in a short period of time. For someone who has just listened to about 100 hours of Howard over a 30 year period, I can say Imus is much much more talented. I love the Stern show but burping, farting and making fun of your producers teeth for 30 years gets kind of old.

This is awesome: Fred Imus was on Sirius/XM radio back in the day, channel 63 on Sirius but he had no idea what channel it was on XM. LOL
