Yes, this is no doubt beautiful and relaxing music, as there are many out there, yet certain pieces in this channel is truly soothing in an ethereal way ... almost (or actually?) healing to the spirit, therefore I think the frequency of this sound has something to do with it.
In any case, I am glad to have discovered this channel ... because I have been experiencing much difficulty with falling asleep or sleeping deeply this past few years due to much stress in life, plus I am sure hormonal changes would have something to do with my sleep problem. Listening to this music (*at very low volume*), I've noticed that I can fall asleep quite easily now regardless of a stressful day, and my sleep quality seems to be much better. :)
I've learned that having good quality sleep is extremely important to health, because it is during sleep that our body repairs itself. So thank you for providing an aid to our well-being!
