All over karnataka Coorg honey is famous. We are using honey for pooja. Also consuming with Dosa, Chapathi, ripped jackfruit etc. This is the belief in our state that the black hair will become grey if touched honey..... Eagerly waiting for next interesting blog. बहुत सुन्दर, हमारे यहां भी शहद सर्दियों में ही ज्यादा खाया जाता है, और आपको बता दूं कि हमारे जो पारंपरिक घर होते थे लगभग हर घर की दीवाल के अन्दर मधुमखियों के लिए एक छोटा सा घर बनाया जाता था ,जिसमे बाहर की तरफ से एक छोटा सा मुंह छोड़ा जाता था और अन्दर की तरफ से उसे एक सपाट पथर(पठाल) से बंद कर दिया जाता था इसको हमारी भाषा में " जलोटा " बोलते हैं और पुराने घरों में अभी भी मौजूद हैं।

बहुत सुन्दर, हमारे यहां भी शहद सर्दियों में ही ज्यादा खाया जाता है, और आपको बता दूं कि हमारे जो पारंपरिक घर होते थे लगभग हर घर की दीवाल के अन्दर मधुमखियों के लिए एक छोटा सा घर बनाया जाता था ,जिसमे बाहर की तरफ से एक छोटा सा मुंह छोड़ा जाता था और अन्दर की तरफ से उसे एक सपाट पथर(पठाल) से बंद कर दिया जाता था इसको हमारी भाषा में " जलोटा " बोलते हैं और पुराने घरों में अभी भी मौजूद हैं।
