  • Setting boundaries for yourself and others while also learning how to take care of yourself first and living your life is an entire balancing act! There are so many things to learn and grow from in your life that determine what kind of boundaries you need to have in place to feel your best self. It's taken me years to figure out what works best for me, so whether you're looking how to set boundaries with friends, how to set boundaries at work, how to stop people pleasing, or just generally looking into setting boundaries and choosing you, I hope this helps!
Comment below if you have any more questions on how to set boundaries with your friends and family (or coworkers) and what your thoughts are!
    Love always,

Really felt the need to film this in my pjs right before bed, so this was truly from the heart!💗 Let me know if y'all can relate to any of these and what other boundaries you set that really help😊🌟

I am so happy you made this video bc everything has been go go go and so fast paced that I definitely feel like I need to slow down and take time for myself too! Happy that you brought awareness to this and you give great advice! Especially with not overloading yourself and taking time do actually do things you can complete and like to do!
