Hello, Jon, now you have my subscription too. I've been playing the PRS Fiore for just under a year now and can't say anything negative about it. It is one of the most flexible guitars I have ever held in my hands. The pickups sound very balanced, no jumps in volume. Even the single coil in the middle, which most guitarists steer clear of, has a voice full of character and sounds quite excellent. I use the middle single coil very often. I have never had any problems with tuning stability, provided the strings were properly wound and extended. The PRS Fiore is a guitar I can recommend to anyone who likes tasteful Strat sounds, but expects something more from the guitar than just that. With guitaristic greetings from Germany Mic
I played a used Fiore at GC a year ago. It was dead. I even had them put new strings on it. I guess that why it was sold to them. Last week I played one at our local guitar shop and fell in love! Amazing guitar. I really want one now! The pickups and the neck were fantastic. And great playing as usual Jon!

It was interesting to hear your take on this guitar. I almost ordered one two weeks ago, but put my decision on hold until January. Mark has been playing Don Grosh NOS models for a few years now and they have sounded great. I’ve been playing Grosh guitars since 2006 as well as a few PRS models. Don’s guitars have always felt more responsive and resonant to me, so I’m probably leaning toward a Grosh NOS SSH Strat style guitar. It was also great to call Don’s small shop and talk with them personally.
If you're looking for a Superstrat that doesn't have a double-locking vibrato and plays/stays in tune--this is the guitar you want. It is a tone factory.
Jonathan, that was amazing, beautifully poetic playing buddy..Wow! The guitar is gorgeous your proficiency even more so. I can’t tell you how many of your licks I steal.
There’s stunning lines on this guitar Jon. PRS seem to do split coil really well. Beautiful tones all round and you were blisteringly good on The intro. Thanks Jon 😀👍👍👍
Amazing playing and review! I do believe that you can pull the other tone knob as well. Allows you to play all three pickups at the same time. It also allows you to play the bridge and neck pickups together. :)
Jon, soo you liked some of those PRS's before, but not so much these days, from what I am seeing :). Nice playing! The new 500 Euro PRS SE CE is very common these days.
Great video as always, beautiful guitar, reminds me of a Stratocaster, very small looking, maybe it’s just me, masterful playing and a little something new maybe.
I agree, the Fiore is superior to the Silver Sky. I originally purchased a Silver Sky and returned it the next day...couldn't bond with it. Spent the extra $100 for the Fiore and it's probably my favorite PRS to date.
i was looking to buy this but I hoping the ash body was going to weigh around 7 lbs. o well i'll have to pass on this one, thanks for another great demo Jonathan.
Exquisite playing Jon! Thanks for the heads up about the tuning issue & the weight as these are both “deal killers” for me. I am seeing many of these guitars being re-sold on the used guitar market & now I know why. It’s a shame as it sounds great but tuning stability is paramount & many guitarist prefer a weight closer to 7 pounds than over 8!
Nice playing I tried a few different PRS's and never really liked them. I wanted too but just not for me. That is a lot of money for a super strat. it woudl have to be really good considering that there are made in USA options from Fender and G&L for substantially less money
Jonathan, I am convinced you could have a broom in your hands and it would sound great...LOL...it's a beautiful guitar, your playing is better than the guitar..IMHO
I just bought PRS Fiore and I'm so disappointed it won't stay in tune. This is my first and probably last PRS $2,449.00 that won't stay in tune. And PRS brags about how they check their Guitars, i own several guitars and this one is a bummer. The action was high pickups were off not balance.
@@JonIsJustTooLoud i bought mine from Sweetwater and it wasn't setup. This guitar is probably going back after I set it up I like it, but I gig two to four times a week I need a guitar that stays in tune, it won't stay in tune with Or without whammy bar.
Great looking & Great sounding guitar, but It’s out of my price range and I think the average guy playing guitar won’t buy it either because of the high price
Nice video. I've played these more than once. I like the various switching options. I thought it looked and felt a bit cheap for the high price tag though. Especially the neck. I'm mean you can buy a CE 24 with a beautiful frame top for less... and to me the CE is twice the guitar. If these were around $2k or less it may make more sense. I hope they make a se version for less than a grand. These really remind me of a Yamaha Pacifica which they sell for $1k... and don't really seem to be much better. Again great, way overpriced guitar... but I can't say my core 24 isn't way overpriced... just the high tag for buying an American made PRS I guess.
Thanks!
Thank you for the coffeeeeeee Clay!!✌♥
you forgot, the middle tone is also push/pull for not split mic but option of mic selection
Thanks for sharing
That was the best guitar solo I’ve ever heard you play…
Thank you Martin! ✌♥

Absolutely beautiful playing, my friend. Have been on a desperate search for a Superstrat that fits my preferences and I believe this is the one.

Man you really got into it this time with that jam Jonathan! That was awesome!!
Thank you ✌️❤️
I think PRS make the most beautiful guitars money can buy
✌🤓
Bellissima!!! bravo Jon! un abbraccio...
Grazie milie!!!✌🤓
The bridge does not split on this, it goes between series an parallel wiring. Sounds like a split, but less volume drop and still hum cancelling!
Thank you for sharing✌️❤️
Beautiful, as always Jonathan. I've sent you a wee present via facebook message Jonathan - hope it makes you smile brother - much love x
Yes it did!! Thank you so much peter✌️❤️

It’s crazy that they call this finish amaryllis because I thought that’s exactly how my amaryllis look in the backyard. I think I want one of these!

With the volume knob that close to the picking hand, did you find yourself having to make any adjustments to your playing?

Does it have an annoying 60 cycle hum?
Yes if played loud enough with High gain
