This famous World War era song was first introduced to me by my father. My love for music from this era and beyond all comes from him; my hero, my biggest fan, my inspiration.
Tragically losing my dad this September has been by far the hardest thing I’ve ever had to go through. As I try to mend a very shattered spirit and heart, I wanted to tribute this favorite tune of his for his birthday, wearing his hat for added comfort.
Love you dad with my everything; and even though you can’t share my new music with your many friends and patients, like you usually so cutely did, I bet you’ve rallied a whole cheer squad in heaven.
Can’t wait to be together again, singing epic duets and playing the coolest heavenly instruments with you.
