Hey framed next time try bringing charge runes for god spells. You get 150xp from it and you can recharge once every minute. I did that while I splashed and it gained me an extra 20kxp/hr.
I haven't made a pure since like before RS3, but you can't get adamant gloves anymore? You use to be able to get 70 cooking (or like 65 with boosts) and do the monkey king's part of RFD, is that not possible?
I'm not expert, but I think if you go back you'll get the defence experience that you can avoid initially when first completing the quest, therefore ruining your pure. I could be wrong though.

I personally really like DT, it is so nostalgic. I even love the grind beforehand, for me it is the optimal RS experience .

The best build overall is probably a 60 attack med level but for low levels its not worth worrying about

You need hosidius favor to steal from that stall, so it does have a small requirement.

if your goal for this is 85 magic 80 ranged... cannon 80-85 ranged to optimized your power for combat lvl.
