Matthew 21 refers to Mt. Zion, not the "mountain" in our personal lives. This passage is commonly misinterpreted and taught incorrectly (I am guilty as well). I would look at Apologia Church about the true context of this passage.
Brother this is called reflection in our lives. The mountain that Jesus was in when this took place was Mount Olives btw nit Zion. If we are to take Bible Literally then Gospel of Matthew is of no use cause it was written to the Jews not to me or you. But we take it and Reflect it with our lives. That is why The Bible is in existence till today.
