One of the best flights I have ever taken on any airline. I was also impressed with how quickly they responded to the call button. I brought along a few local candy items in my carry-on and gave them to the flight staff. That might be a bit silly but they seemed to appreciate the gesture. I had some of the same flight crew on my flight back and they remembered me! One of them gave me a neat little keychain charm that I still have. I'll never forget those flights. It was actually just about my favorite part of the trip as silly as that might sound. One of the flight crew even gave me a thumbs up about my PS Vita and said they had the same one in the same color! I was also playing one of her favorite games (Persona) It was really memorable. The best thing was how quiet the flight was. Everyone was so well behaved. I recently had a domestic flight in the US and there was a couple sitting behind me with two young kids. One of the kids asked to play my Steamdeck and I said "sorry but it's delicate and I'm using it right now." The parents actually said that I should let them play since it's a kids toy anyways! I asked them if they would pay me $500 when their kid broke it and they said there's no way it cost that much lol. After that the kid started kicking the back of my seat but I just turned around and asked the parents to get their kids under control. They were also scolded by the flight crew for letting their kid climb all over the seat and run in the aisle. One of the kids kept screaming too. It gave me a headache. There was a ~5 year old kid two rows ahead of me and he was perfectly behaved the entire flight. Believe it or not I had a similar experience a few years before that when a kid tried to take my PSP right out of my hands and when I said "Excuse me. That's very rude. Never grab a strangers belongings like that." The parents complained to staff that I was "mean" to their kids for no reason lol. Luckily they knew I wasn't the problem and just told me they came over to talk to me to calm the parents down. They called me names when we were getting off the plane. Just because I told their kid to stop grabbing my handheld video game console. I only ever had those bad experiences on US domestic flights!
Selamat / Ohayu from Manchester ! Beautiful fruit and chocolate greetings ! Happy Marriage and sending you all my love aa also recently married. We are planning a trip to Malaysia so maybe see you lovely people there !
Yes for checked baggage, it's 2 bags 23kg per piece and for hand carry, there's a size and weight limits (10kg) one piece. You may refer to the ANA website for further information.
If you use Newark Airport as your origin point and head to Manila and Kuala Lumpur you will need to deal with a domestic United Airlines operated ANA codeshare from EWR. From what I can see they are way better than the first airline in the region which your fellow Chinese Malaysians, Taiwanese, and Hong Konger write out 菲律賓航空 if translated Philippine Airlines. If you want to put yourself on a longer distance flight on the Dreamliner try them on Tokyo to San Francisco Seattle Honolulu and Los Angeles. Have you tried out Philippine Airlines yet? You lose out the alternating current plugs underneath the seat in all Philippine Airlines planes if you are traveling on Fiesta class
hey! thanks for your video, my wife and i want to go to japan and are considering this airline instead of Air France because it's cheaper, but we never tried it seems great but there's one thing i'm trying to find out; it's the legroom between those seats... is there more legroom than other european and american compagnies even in regular economy? it seems like you have. a lot of space in front of your knees! this is regular economy right? not premium economy? i'm asking because i'm pretty tall, 194cm (6'4° and my knees are usually against the seat in front of me... any info would be much appreciated, thanks!
The legroom in ANA economy is decent/pretty good. But for your height, premium economy would be the better choice if you're looking for more comfortable legroom.
ANA (777-300 & 787) Economy - Seat Pitch 34", Width 16.5. Premium Economy - Seat Pitch 38", Width 19.3. Japan Airlines: (787-8) Economy - Seat Pitch 33", Width 18". (787-9) Economy - Seat Pitch 33", Width 18.9" (787-9) Premium Economy - Seat Pitch 42", Width 19.2". (777-300ER) Economy - 34", Width 19". (777-300ER) Premium Economy - Seat Pitch 42", Width 19.2". This is what you can expect from ANA and JAL (Japan Airlines). I haven't flown ANA yet, however I have flown JAL multiple times and I have always found the legroom to be sufficient for my needs. For reference, I am 6'2" and I've never felt cramped. Even when flying in economy. You'll also find that JAL has 1 less seat per row than other airlines. For example, economy on the 787 is 2-4-2 and on the 777-300ER the configuration is 3-3-3. This makes the cabin and seats more spacious. (JAL are regarded as having the best Economy cabin). In comparison, here are a few of the European & American carriers. British Airways: (350-1000) Economy (WT) - Seat Pitch 31", Width 17.6. (350-1000) Premium Economy (WT+) - Seat Pitch 38", Width 18.7. (777-300 & 787-8) Economy (WT) - Seat Pitch 31", 17.5". (777-300 & 787-8) Premium Economy (WT+) - Seat Pitch 38", Width 18.5. Looking at Air France & American Airlines, their offering is almost identical to BA and certainly not as generous as ANA or JAL. For comfort of the flight (seat), customer service from the cabin crew and inflight meal service, I would always choose JAL (and I reckon also ANA) over European & American airlines. And I hope that this bit of information helps you with making your decision.
As usual nobody ever reviews BASIC ECONOMY on ANA. All I know is they say in BASIC ECONOMY, you are only allowed to bring on a tiny little personal item bag ( ox10x17), and NOT a carry on luggage bag. Ridiculous!

Hi 你好,请问你的seat这个方向往外看的话,可以看到mount fuji吗?
That's economy? The seats looks like economy, but the room looked more than typical economy. More like premium economy.
Hi JJ, how much is the luggage allow for check-in and hand carry? I can from the website says 23kg x 2

Is the airline body the same as scoot? I’m not a fan of scoot, i haven’t tried scoot, but heard bad things about it

Nah, even JAL is better than NH in economy
I flew to Japan on Singapore and even that was a better experience
@@AerixWyn as a Singaporean, I disagree. But everyone has different priorities and preferences
