You don't need passport to create your account. You can watch my video that I haven't used it. Use your english name for now and later you can submit your name with any other latin or non-latin scripts.

It is not GPA 2.1. Your undergraduate degree (studying for 4 years to get your bachelor degree) is what Chevening is looking for.
