i want to learn scratching after watching how good it sounds due to your videos. Any good ways i can do it affordably?
@@blazebloxer9776 the most affordable way is to probably to find any direct drive turntable you can and a cheaper dj mixer with a fader. Another option is the Numark PT01 Scratch which is a portable turntable with a fader built into it. But I have never used one so I can’t really say haw good it is.

Honestly while the SC500-1000 is out of stock and a bit out of price range I could see the closely potentially being a stand in until the SC’s come back in stock.
Tbh I wouldn’t recommend using the 3” record player for scratching. It chewed up the record pretty quick 😬 I just did it for the vid. I think another option is the Numark PT-01, which has a version with a little fader on it (haven’t used it myself so can’t fully review)

Thanks 🙏 I’m using the “12 Bit Drums” samples from Beat Makers Boutique in this one, and they cut through nice. Sometimes I don’t mind the drums buried in the mix a little though, just whatever feels good

@@eeelbeatscool. I wanna actually chop drum samples and make them from scratch, but uhhhh. That’s really hard lmao. I ordered some rechargeable batteries for my sp404 I’m going all back in I wanna make a cassette tape in honor or el sereno records and all the legendary tapes they pressed

Where do you find the dj scratcher ?
This one is the Czarface edition 3” turntable that comes with a few of their records on 3”. Tbh not that great to scratch with, def tore up the lil record
