T. S Pattabhiraman is a businessman from Thrissur who is the Chairman & MD, of clothing retail giant Kalyan Silks. He is the brother of T.S Kalyanaraman who is the chairman of Kalyan Jewellers one of the biggest Jewellery chain in India. Kalyan Silks has 30+ showrooms in India, UAE and OMAN, making it India’s largest silk saree showroom network. With a turnover of 1100 crores, 1000 weaving centers, 300 design centers, 100 production units and 6000 + employees, the Kalyan Silks is a formidable force in textile retail.

I used to be an employee of kalyan, but I was more happy working at big bazaar and Woodlands .but their system is unmatched.

In USA you don't get a car driver, home servants to work at home but here in India you get a lot of people.. that comparison is not correct Mr Swami. The standard of living of the common people in India is not the same as in US. In USA, there is no age barrior where you can find old people working in shops. Here in India no one hires people who are above 45 of age. For people like Mr Swami this system in India is favourable but not for most of others നന്ദി നമസ്കാരം.
What he says that the service you get in India is not get in US, that means the comfort
In USA you get servants and car driver's. You have to pay national salary.
