Panguna reopening

The Autonomous Bougainville Government president, Ishmael Toroama, has made it clear that his government is not colluding with mining firms or landowner groups to redevelop Panguna Mine at this time.
The president made this statement after a landowner group announced that they have partnered with Caballus Mining, a firm based in Perth, to re-open Panguna Mine.
