Hi guys, great video. On the beach there seem to be shaded spots (posts with branch coverings). Are these permanent fixtures, if so are they rented out by the same "honesty box"?

Hey, thanks so much! Yes, these 'beach huts' are a first in best dressed system, so if one is available on your arrival you can set yourself up there if you want. Still the same $10/night fee. The tide does come up a lot higher near these huts too from what we've been told so you definitely want to check tide levels and winds etc before setting up to make sure you'll be back far enough. 😁

As a matter of interest, what month were you at Perubie beach?

hello guys, love your vids. How was the internet there, and did your system cope with everything, please?

Hi Tracy, the internet there was OK without our mast just with the Nighthawk, but the mast made it a bit quicker.

I think this is going to be a real problem for me as a Bookkeeper and working on the road

Recommend our setup then for you, plus possibly Starlink if you can justify it and are travelling in the southern half of Australia.
Just FYI, we haven't not had internet for the last 6 months :) currently connected to a tower 60km away!
