I am so glad to know the troubles you had so that I will make sure I buy the correct one. I love that it does remove the hair, is not painful and it is so nice that it recharges so you don't have to replace batteries all the time

This little thing is a shaver. I am using the Bellabe which is a gadget that actually pulls the hair out by the roots, and leave my skin soft and smooth. I also find that my hair grows back slower and finer. Can you do a video on the Bellabe facial hair remover?

We’re can you buy this if you are in Canada? I’ve looked online and they all have a battery but none are rechargeable. This makes me think they are the fake one.

I have actually purchased the less expensive item and it works perfectly for me and my clients. I only paid $10 and they are not allowed to post items with batteries, that is why no battery came with the unit.

I used this for twice time and the experience was worst,it looks like I had shaved like men, another I using sugar wax on home which is natural and worked perfectly.and this flawless brings thick hair.

Melissa, do not worry. I got the original from Target and it only comes with a cleaning brush and a battery. No charger is needed because it works only on batteries. I am hoping you bought an original :)

It's safe to assume that big stores like Wal-mart and Target have the official product, it's online marketplace sellers that you should watch out for

hey lady - you take so much time to explain a product that it's tiring. Also you do not give any idea as to where one can buy the genuine product and what exactly one should look for on the box to differentiate between the genuine & fake!! No shop keeper is going to allow you to open the box and check inside before buying - because if that was so you would have checked the first one - which you didn't hence you had to complain and buy the second one! As for online it would be impossible!
